SAS IT Resource Management 3.21 is the latest release of this solution and became available on October 4, 2010.
SAS IT Resource Management 3.21 is the SAS 9.3 based version of this solution and both it and SAS IT Resource Management 3.2 that operates with SAS 9.2 boasts:
- A new reporting architecture, including Gallery Manager, for sharing IT Intelligence reports -- all based on SAS Business Intelligence technologies
- More than 4,000 out-of-the-box performance management and capacity planning report definitions
- New Adapters for the following data sources:
- VMware vCenter Server (VMware vCenter)
- Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
- Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (MS SCOM)
- Web Server Log (Web Log)
- Enhanced data models for the creation of your IT performance data warehouse
