SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4

SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4 provides the following support for Windows Server 2008:

• Windows Server 2008 32-bit editions only
• SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4 (revision 20 or higher)
• SAS^® Foundation products, SAS^® Business Intelligence, and SAS^® Data Integration offerings

The support for Windows Server 2008 does not include the following:

• SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4 solutions
• Windows Server 2008 for Itanium

There are no current plans to add support for Windows Server 2008 R2 editions in SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4.

SAS 9.2

Windows Server 2008

SAS begins support for Windows Server 2008 with the second maintenance release, SAS 9.2 (TS2M2), which is available now.

Windows Server 2008 R2

SAS 9.2 plans further support for all products and solutions on Windows Server 2008 R2 editions under SAS 9.2 (TS2M3) with a two-part phased-support schedule as follows:

1. Approximately second quarter 2010: delivery of SAS 9.2 (TS2M3) begins.

   Support includes the SAS^® Foundation servers and the server tier of the SAS^® Business Intelligence platform (SAS^® Metadata Server, SAS^® Stored Process Server, workspace, and OLAP servers), SAS^® Enterprise Guide, SAS^® Management Console.

   Support excludes SAS^® Add-In for Microsoft Office, SAS^® Content Server, and SAS Web-based clients (products such as SAS^® Web Report Studio and SAS^® Information Delivery Portal).

2. Four-to-eight weeks after the initial release of SAS 9.2 (TS2M3): delivery of release 4.3 of the middle tier and client SAS Business Intelligence software begins with support for SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office, SAS Content Server, and SAS Web-based clients (products such as SAS Web Report Studio and SAS Information Delivery Portal).
