Welcome to Tracks!
Tracks is an online tool that enables you to check the status of any problems or questions that you have submitted to SAS Technical Support. Getting started with Tracks is easy; simply log in using the e-mail address that you use to communicate with SAS Technical Support.
A few notes for first-time users:
- You must have a SAS Web Profile that was established using the e-mail address associated with your tracks.
- Your e-mail address must be valid. We will validate your e-mail address before allowing access. Follow the instructions provided to complete the validation process.
- Only tracks opened after April 1, 2005 are included.
- You can view only your tracks unless you are the designated SAS Site Representative at your site.
- You can send updates for a track using the Update this track link.
- If you have additional questions, Help is provided once you log in.
