Use the
SAP BW Register Tables wizard in SAS Data Integration Studio to view
or access data in your SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW)
system. For example, you can use it to view metadata about ODS objects
and InfoCubes.
If you
have not already extracted SAP BW metadata to SAS data sets using
the
Extract from BW wizard, you can use the SAP BW Register Tables wizard to perform
the following tasks:

Select the data sources that you
want to use.

Check whether metadata is available
for use.

Extract metadata if needed, and
to write metadata about those data sources to your metadata repository.
You can
also use the SAP BW Register Tables wizard to create jobs in SAS Data
Integration Studio that you can then use to load the data from selected
ODS objects and InfoCubes into a local SAS library.
