ON-SITE SAS SUPPORT PERSONNEL

Sometimes effective responses to your questions and problems can come from your own internal SAS experts. A unique aspect of our support philosophy is that we encourage each site to designate one or more persons as on-site SAS support personnel:

The SAS Installation Representative—the person who receives the SAS installation media (tapes, disks, or CD-ROMs).
The SAS Training Coordinator—the contact person for SAS training (computer-based, video, and instructor-based) at your site.
The SAS Contract Representative—the person who receives contractual documents.
The Invoice Contact—the person or department which received invoices.

Their knowledge, combined with the additional resources that we provide, can get you quick answers to many questions. If your on-site SAS support personnel cannot resolve your issue, have them contact SAS Technical Support.
