ON-SITE SAS SUPPORT PERSONNEL
Sometimes effective responses to your questions and problems can come from your own internal SAS experts. A unique aspect of our support philosophy is that we encourage each site to designate one or more persons as on-site SAS support personnel:
- The SAS Installation Representative—the person who receives the SAS installation media (tapes, disks, or CD-ROMs).
- The SAS Training Coordinator—the contact person for SAS training (computer-based, video, and instructor-based) at your site.
- The SAS Contract Representative—the person who receives contractual documents.
- The Invoice Contact—the person or department which received invoices.
Their knowledge, combined with the additional resources that we provide, can get you quick answers to many questions. If your on-site SAS support personnel cannot resolve your issue, have them contact SAS Technical Support.
