Return Policy

SAS Institute does not accept any returns based on any reasons other than the books sent to the Customer being damaged upon arrival at the customer site. In such unlikely event, the Customer's remedies are as described in the section "Damages" below.


Damages

A report of damaged books must be received in our office without undue delay and in no event later than 14 calendar days of the date your shipment was received. The report shall be followed by the return of the damaged book. One or more replacement copies - as the case may be - will be sent to the customer without undue delay. In the event the respective book is no longer available, SAS agrees to refund the Customer the money paid for the respective book.
