Class Information

You can check in and pick up your course materials beginning at 7:45am. Classes start at 8:30am and end by 5pm each day. Please look for SAS Class Registration signs. Check in with the SAS Course Coordinator to pick up course materials.
  • For security purposes, please be prepared to show a photo ID.
  • Recording devices, including video and audio, are not permitted in the classroom.
  • Students are asked to turn cell phones and pagers off or to set them to vibrate.
  • For security reasons, SAS does not allow access to the internet or to e-mail from classroom computers.
  • Students attending SAS classes are not allowed to have children or guests accompany them.
  • Classroom temperatures do fluctuate. Please bring a light jacket or sweater to ensure your comfort level.

Smoking

Smoking or the use of smokeless tobacco products is prohibited in the classroom and the convention center.

Meals

A continental breakfast is provided each day as part of the course fee. Classes will break for lunch around 12 noon; however, lunch is not provided.
