Class Info

You can check in beginning at 8:30am. Classes start at 9am and end by 5pm each day. If the schedule is different, it will be noted on the Web as well as in your confirmation e-mail. SAS is a tobacco-free company
Smoking or the use of smokeless tobacco products is prohibited in SAS buildings, in company or personal vehicles, or anywhere on the SAS World Headquarters campus. Smoking is also prohibited at all third-party SAS facilities.


A continental breakfast and lunch are provided each day as part of your training experience. *Some exceptions apply*


In case of emergency, your family or coworkers can leave a message during class hours by calling the Cary facility at 919-531-7321 or SAS Customer Service at 800-727-0025. In case of inclement weather, please call ahead for information on delayed openings or cancellations.

Travel Information

You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the training facility. Local airport is Raleigh Durham International. View directions in Google Maps.

GPS will bring you to Building A, 920 SAS Campus Drive. The Global Education Center is adjacent to the building A tower. Customers are welcome to use the labeled customer parking that is in front of the Global Education Center.

The Embassy Suites Hotel in Cary (located across the main road from the SAS campus off Harrison Avenue) can provide transportation to and from the SAS Global Education Center upon request- shuttle departs Embassy on the hour and half-hour with the airport as their first priority. Please make arrangements daily (AM and PM) with the Bell Captain at the hotel. While on campus our suggestion is to make arrangements at the afternoon break for a 5pm Embassy shuttle pickup.
