SAS® Customer Due Diligence

Assess customer relationships and establish expectations about customer behavior with SAS Customer Due Diligence.  SAS Customer Due Diligence collects customer data and performs a risk rating on each customer. Risk ratings monitor customers closely to identify deviations from their transactions or personal information registered within the institution. SAS Customer Due Diligence enables financial institutions to rate new customers and update existing customer scoring based on key events that could affect the overall risk of the relationship.

What’s New

  • Out-of-the-box multi-bank functionality. Scripts are provided to quickly add new banks to the application.
  • Improved UI that enables you to triage Entities more efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to perform bulk actions on certain Entity objects.
  • Global search that can search most of the system content for text. Results are displayed in a new tab so you can continue to work and refer to the search results.
  • Target search provides a more specific tool for finding data elements.
  • Notes and Attachments window that includes rich text formatting. Notes and attachments can be categorized to enable easier viewing and searching. The categories are configurable.
  • Rules Administrator user interface provides an easier way to manage rules and scoring.
  • Round-robin routing feature eliminates the need to create routing rules.
  • Easier configuration of the enhanced due diligence questions.
