About Rosemary Lucas

Rosemary Lucas author photo Rosemary Lucas is a Technical Support Analyst in the Technical Support Division of SAS Institute, Inc., providing customer support for JMP software. In addition to helping customers with scripting problems, she also assists them with other issues, including installations, connections to databases, and questions about graphics, data table operations, and the formula editor. For JMP Genomics, she helps customers with installations, import engine issues, and general usage questions. A JMP user since 1999, Lucas received her Master's of Microbial Biotechnology from North Carolina State University.
