Problem Note 68924: SAS® Data Integration Studio jobs contain extraneous metadata content that might negatively impact metadata performance
A SAS® Data Integration Studio job accumulates unnecessary PropertySet and Property metadata objects every time the job is saved. The amount of these extraneous objects can vary, based on the number of jobs and the number of save actions that are performed on those jobs. Over time, these extraneous metadata objects can negatively impact metadata performance.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
The hot fix, for the SAS® 9.4M6 (TS1M6) and SAS® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) releases, removes unnecessary PropertySet and Property metadata objects in a job that is imported with the SAS® Intelligence Platform Object Framework batch import utility.
SAS Note 68540 contains a hot fix for SAS® Data Integration Studio and SAS® Management Console.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
Editing jobs can result in the creation of unnecessary metadata content that accumulates over time. This effect can impact metadata performance over time, depending on the number of jobs and frequency of editing.
