A SAS Data Integration Studio job accumulates unnecessary PropertySet and Property metadata objects every time the job is saved. The amount of these extraneous objects can vary, based on the number of jobs and the number of save actions that are performed on those jobs. Over time, these extraneous metadata objects can negatively impact metadata performance.

The hot fix, for the SAS^® 9.4M6 (TS1M6) and  SAS^® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) releases, removes unnecessary PropertySet and Property metadata objects in a job that is imported with the SAS^® Data Integration Studio and SAS^® Management Console. 

SAS Note 68924 contains a hot fix for the Platform Object Framework batch import utility.
