When you attempt open the properties of a flow that is sent by SAS Customer Intelligence, the attempt might fail with the following error message:
This problem happens when you perform these steps in SAS® Management Console:
- In SAS Management Console, click the Folder tab and open the properties for a flow of type Deployed flow.
- You click OK to close the properties.
- You open the properties for a second time.
At this point, the error message is displayed. However, when you click OK again, the error message disappears and the properties of the flow are displayed.
As a workaround, open the properties of the flow in the Schedule Manager plug-in in SAS Management Console.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
Note: To fix this issue, you also need to apply the hot fix for SAS® Management Console, as documented in SAS Note 60073, "Scheduling many operating system scheduler jobs causes the operating system to use a large quantity of resources and affects performance."
