This note assumes that you have read and are familiar with SAS Note 49296: "Using Java 7 with SAS® 9.3 TS1M2."
Java 7 is now supported for use with SAS Forecast Studio 12.1 in the second maintenance release for SAS® 9.3 (TS1M2). To use Java 7, you must apply a hot fix.
Here are two of the issues you that you might experience:
In the Modeling View, SAS Forecast Studio might be slow to respond when you click Edit selected model. The problem occurs when models contain events or outliers.
If you open a project that contains updated data, and choose FIT or SELECT, then a Null pointer exception is displayed.
