Overview

In order to license SAS AppDev Studio, one of the following must be licensed for production use:

SAS Integration Technologies (for the workspace server and stored process server), or
SAS/IntrNet and SAS/CONNECT, or
a technology package or solution that includes the above

Memory Requirements

Standalone SAS AppDev Studio 4.4 for Eclipse Plugins: 2 GB RAM minimum (more memory is recommended for improved performance)
SAS AppDev Studio 4.4 Bundle (single machine install): 4 GB RAM minimum (more memory is recommended for improved performance)

Note: In addition to the system requirements listed above, SAS AppDev Studio 4.4 Eclipse Plug-ins also requires the minimum Java release required by Eclipse as documented in http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/moreinfo/jre.php. Check the Eclipse site for specific information about minimum Java release required for a specific version of the Windows operating system.
