Contacting SYSTEM 2000 Technical Support
There are several ways to contact Technical Support in Austin, Texas:

Telephone: Call us at (512) 250-9170. This number is operational
24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Technical Support staff are
available during normal working hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Central time, Monday through Friday.

Fax: Fax us at (512) 258-3906. The fax machine is
monitored during normal working hours.

Technical Support normally responds via email within 24 hours
(except on weekends and holidays). We may, however, respond with a
phone call if we need more information or you indicate
in your problem description that you prefer a phone call instead of
an email response.
These instructions describe how to submit problems to SYSTEM 2000 Technical
Support via email.
The format for your email is simple. Include the following
information at the beginning of your mail. Information you supply is
in angle brackets (< >).

I am having problems with the installation of SYSTEM 2000 software. The
installation worked fine, but when I run the job JCLSCF for the base validation
I receive the abend:
S000 U0112 ABEND
A couple of important things to note about the above message:
