Support for SAS® Enterprise Session Monitor

SAS Enterprise Session Monitor follows a Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) model. It is delivered quarterly. Version numbers for SAS Enterprise Session Monitor follow this format: yyyy.q (example: 2025.2 was released in the second quarter of 2025). 

SAS Enterprise Session Monitor contains two levels of support:

Standard Support for SAS Enterprise Session Monitor includes the following additional terms:

  • Standard Support covers the current version and the three previous versions. Therefore, to ensure that their SAS Software is covered by Standard Support, Customers are required to update to the latest version at least once every year.     

Limited Support for SAS Enterprise Session Monitor includes the following additional terms:

  • The duration for Limited Support is 2 years.
