When you run the download for SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4 (SP4) under
Windows and the install finishes updating the JRE, the installation
creates the SP4_download.log in C:\Program Files\SAS. When you open this
file, the following information appears:

   INSTALLATION INFORMATION
   Destination Directory: C:\Program Files\SAS
   FILE TRANSFER
   POST-PROCESSING
   PROCESS FILE: The process patch\AT19S2\thirdpty3cd\jre3\sasjrewin002\
      setup.exe completed successfully.
   PROCESS FILE: The process patch\SP01S4\setup.exe failed.
   PROCESS RETURN CODE = 259

This message appears if you save the executable or if run the executable
first. This message is not a problem, so you can ignore this message and
continue with applying SP4.
