Hyperic HQ Open Source Integration
Hyperic HQ Open Source is a solution to monitor and manage web applications and infrastructure. Hyperic HQ includes the ability to monitor the state and status of network resources and the software applications executing across the environment. Key features include the ability to track performance and event data, enable alerts based on events,and execute administrative actions from the Hyperic Web-based console.

SAS 9.2 Hyperic HQ Open Source Integration
The Enterprise Management Integration (EMI) team has implemented a SAS 9.2 Hyperic HQ integration package which consists of a suite of scripts, resource definitions, and documentation to enable Hyperic monitoring for a SAS 9.2 Enterprise Business Intelligence deployments. The features enabled for SAS 9.2 environments include:
- A Hyperic HQ resource definition template for SAS 9.2 Enterprise Business Intelligence environments
- UNIX and Windows resource definitions for SAS processes, services, and Web applications
- Status, state, and event reporting for SAS servers and Web applications
- Resource metrics monitoring and events for CPU, memory, and disk usage of SAS resources
- Installation, configuration, and integration documentation
