Clark Abrahams
Clark Abrahams was the Global Marketing Director, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, at SAS Institute Inc., where his responsibilities spanned product development and marketing. A former Chief Risk Officer, author, and inventor, he is a 2011 NACD Governance Fellow and serves on the Board of Social Compact, and is a committee member on OCEG's Leadership Council. With a career spanning nearly four decades, Mr. Abrahams is a passionate proponent of the fusion of analytics and judgment for better business decisions. A San Francisco native, he graduated from University of California, Berkeley, with degrees in mathematics and computer science, and he holds a Master of Science Degree in engineering from Stanford University. Mr. Abrahams has been awarded two patents and has four patents pending.
