Problem Note 70949: Object spawners stop processing grid-launched workspace server requests in SAS® Grid Manager for Platform environments

Object spawners stop processing grid-launched workspace server requests and have to be restarted.
When this issue occurs, the object spawner process continues to run. However, it no longer accepts any new grid-launched workspace server requests. Eventually, a grid provider time-out error is reported and then a traceback starts.
The following occurs in the object spawner log:
