This problem occurs when you specify a FREQ statement and the following options:
- the DIST=NB or DIST=BETA options in the MODEL statement
- the DDFM=KR, DDFM=KR2 or DDFM=SATTERTHWAITE options in the MODEL statement
- the SUBJECT= option in the RANDOM statement
