Problem Note 70773: The IML procedure incorrectly stops processing and issues a memory error

PROC IML might stop processing and issue the following error even if sufficient memory is available:

ERROR: Unable to allocate sufficient memory.

This issue can occur when processing a matrix whose size is a multiple of 16GB.
