Problem Note 70585: A message, "SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office has encountered a problem," might appear when opening a SAS® Web Report Studio report

When you open a SAS Web Report Studio report, a message similar to the following might occur:

SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office has encountered a problem. We recommend that you save your work and restart SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office

This issue occurs when you upgrade to SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8).
