After a failure with the SAS Operational Qualification tool occurs, the SAS Deployment Tester plug-in for SAS Management Console disappears from SAS Management Console and the following error dialog boxes appear:

If you close SAS Management Console and open it again after running the SAS Operational Qualification tool, the Deployment Tester plug-in is missing in the SAS Management Console.

Workaround

To work around the issue, go to the AppData/Roaming/SAS/SASDeploymentTesterSASMCPlugin/2.2/Reports directory and delete the reports there. Then, restart SAS Management Console and the plug-in reappears.
