The problem occurs when these conditions are met:
- You specify a RANDOM statement.
- You specify an ESTIMATE statement.
- You specify a binary response in the MODEL statement.
There is no workaround for this issue.

If you specify RANDOM and ESTIMATES statements with a binary response model, PROC BGLIMM might stop processing and issue an error.
