Problem Note 70307: A SCIM request ignores the count limit and causes the load to be slow and time-out
When using SCIM, importing a large number of users in SAS® Viya® 3.5 can cause the request to time-out because the limit set is ignored.
An exception similar to the following occurs in the identities log:
2023-05-04 11:18:12.744 ERROR 108299 --- [0-auto-1-exec-8] c.s.i.scim.ScimExceptionHandler : idp-scim-prod [INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR] Internal server error. Request: uri=/identities/scim/v2/Users;client=AAA.BB.CC.DD;user=scim-admin.
Error details: org.apache.catalina.connector.ClientAbortException - 'java.io.IOException: Broken pipe'
