Problem Note 70222: An "unexpected server error" message occurs when you use the global search capability in SAS® Risk Governance Framework

When you use the global search capability, SAS Risk Governance Framework might display the following error message:
The error might occur for some users, whereas other users might be able to perform a successful search.
When the problem occurs, the SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkMidTier.log contains the following error:
ERROR com.sas.oprisk.monitor.rest.controller.GlobalControllerExceptionHandler - Caught unexpected exception, returning internal server error.
