Usage Note 70186: You can disable the Remove capability for a linked document in SAS® Risk Governance Framework

A hot fix adds the ability to hide the Remove action for a linked document in SAS Risk Governance Framework.
With this fix, you can specify the following new parameter for the ContentManagement component to hide the Remove action and prevent a user from removing a document from a business object:
showDelete = false
The default value for the showDelete parameter is true.
