Problem Note 70083: SAS® Simulation Studio 15.3 does not launch in SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8)

Simulation Studio 15.3 does not launch after you install or upgrade to version 15.3. The following message occurs within either the simstudio_console_<date_time>.log or simstudio<data_time>.log:
