Problem Note 70220: The SAS® Credit Scoring 6.4 web application on SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8) fails to sign on

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

After you deploy SAS Credit Scoring 6.4 on SAS 9.4M8 and attempt to log on with your credentials, an error appears that log on failed and you are signed out:

sign out dialog box

In this scenario, the SASLogon.log file contains an error similar to the following:

2023-02-14 08:59:41,204 [tomcat-http--19] ERROR org.apereo.cas.DefaultCentralAuthenticationService - Service ticket [PT-2029-********OF8W4wc-FSSVM16] with service [http://mid tier hostname:80/SASAnalyticalDataSetBuilder/rest/configuration] does not match supplied service http://mid tier hostname /SASAnalyticalDataSetBuilder/rest/configuration

The issue occurs when the SAS Credit Scoring application tries to invoke an API of the SAS Analytical Data Set Builder web application using CASedCrossDomainProxy with default ports of http/80/7980 port or https/443/8343 port.

To work around this problem, explicitly set the ports as follows instead of letting the port default to either the http or https default ports for the operating system in the URL. Use http://<host:port>/ instead of using http://<host>/.

Here is an example: http://<mid tier hostname>:7980/SASCreditScoring
