Problem Note 69921: The Output Delivery System might save datetime values for the last created and last modified date incorrectly

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

The Output Delivery system might save datetime formatted values for the last modified and the last created date incorrectly. The problem occurs when the hours of the time portion are not between the hours of 10 - 23. When the hours of the time portion are between 0 - 9, a space precedes the value rather than the expected zero. You might encounter this problem with various file types that can be generated with ODS, such as PPTX, DOCX, and XLSX files.

The following XML element, dcterms, is saved from the core.xml file of a Microsoft Excel workbook that is created using the ODS Excel destination. The 2 hour in the time portion that is highlighted in bold is preceded by a space rather than a zero, which is incorrect:

<dcterms:created xsi:type="dcterms:W3CDTF">2023-02-24T 2:18:32+00:00</dcterms:created>
<dcterms:modified xsi:type="dcterms:W3CDTF">2023-02-24T 2:18:32+00:00</dcterms:modified>
