Problem Note 69879: The GEE procedure reports incorrect ILINK results for certain LINK= functions that you specify in the model
When the following conditions are met in PROC GEE, some results might be incorrect:
- You specify the LINK=INVERSE or the LINK=POWERMINUS2 option in the MODEL statement.
- You specify the ILINK option in the ESTIMATE, LSMEANS, LSMESTIMATE, or SLICE statements.
In this scenario, the model results are correct, but the results from the other statements listed above are incorrect.
There is no workaround for this problem.

PROC GEE reports incorrect results for any statistics that apply the inverse link function when you specify the LINK=INVERSE or the LINK=POWERMINUS2 option in the MODEL statement.
