Problem Note 69750: Setting a model as the champion for a project fails to copy the ASTORE file in SAS® Model Manager 15.4
When you import a package into SAS Model Manager 15.4, the analytic store (ASTORE) file that is associated with the model might not be copied properly.
For example, you might encounter an error when you complete the following steps:
- Import the project JSON file using SAS® Environment Manager.
- Then, go to SAS Model Manager and open the imported project.
- Import the model into the above project.
- Set the model as the champion for this project. No error occurs.
- Open the model, and then open the AstoreMetadata.json file.
As a result, an error similar to the following might occur:
[
{ "name": "_DDD4B586E74B7E159BD44451E6", "uri": "/dataTables/dataSources/cas~fs~cas-gp-default~fs~ModelStore/tables/_DDD4B586E74B7E159BD44451E6", "key": "DDD4B586E74B7E159BD44451E6ED0015A7D3D937", "caslib": "ModelStore", "location": "The analytic store file could not be written to the specified location. Please check the SAS logs or contact your system administrator for assistance.", "host": "ExportHostAddress", "state": "failed" }
]
Note that the imported file retains the address of the export host. The issue occurs at ExportHostAddress because it is not the correct address.
