Problem Note 69743: Emails might fail to be sent in SAS® Studio 5.2 (Enterprise)

In SAS® Viya® 3.5, you can send an email from SAS Studio 5.2 (Enterprise) by using more options ► email ► the email dialog box. However, the email might fail to be sent to the designated recipient.
When this issue occurs, the following error appears in a browser HAR file where XXX is the value that is stored in the macro variable SYSUSERID:
There are two possible causes for the above message and the failure to send an email.
First Cause
The SAS Studio compute context is set to run as a service account via the runServerAs attribute and the service account is not a valid LDAP user.
A workaround for the first cause is to use a service account that is a valid LDAP user or to use the FILENAME Statement: EMAIL (SMTP) Access Method to send the email.
Second Cause
The identity ID, which is stored in the macro variable SYS_COMPUTE_SESSION_OWNER, does not have the requirements to launch a compute session
A workaround for the second cause is to use the FILENAME Statement: EMAIL (SMTP) Access Method to send the email.
