Problem Note 69622: SAS® Risk Governance Framework displays an error when you log on with a user ID that is longer than 32 characters

SAS Risk Governance Framework displays an error similar to the following after you log on to the web application with a user ID that is longer than 32 characters:
When the error occurs, you can refresh the web browser to clear the error. However, you might encounter additional issues in the web application. For example, you might not see all of the expected information when you edit some objects. Also, you might encounter an HTTP 500 error when you try to run a model in a SAS® Risk Stratum solution.
When the issue occurs, the SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkMidTier.log file contains an error similar to the following:
ERROR com.sas.oprisk.monitor.web.servlet.ErrorServlet - null
java.lang.RuntimeException: com.sas.oprisk.framework.server.FieldOverflowException: field: User Name, length: 32, attempted value: thisUserIdIsLongerThanTheAllowedLength
