Problem Note 69551: The Load_Historical_Data job in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework uses UTC time instead of local time when populating datetime fields
The Load_Historical_Data job incorrectly populates datetime fields in the audit tables with the UTC time instead of local time. When generating the LASR tables, the program should use the timedifference.txt file, which is located in the SAS-configuration-directory/AppData/SASRiskGovernanceFramework/Source/misc/control directory, to determine the appropriate offset from UTC time.
