By default, the SAS Risk Governance Framework uses the default locale of the server to render the value of a workflow data object. However, the web application enables you to append a locale code to a data object in order to display the value of the data object in the specified language. You can use the locale-specific data object in an alert notification template for that language.
For example, you could include the following data object in an alert notification template to use the default server locale for the status code value:
In the alert notification template for the French locale, you could specify the following locale-specific data object to render the status code value in French:
However, the SAS Risk Governance Framework might use the default server locale for the data object instead of the specified locale. As a result, an alert notification might include text in the wrong language.
