Problem Note 69355: SAS® Enterprise Guide® Explorer might fail with errors when you expand Servers

When you execute SEGExplorer.exe from ..\Program Files\SASHome\SASEnterpriseGuide\8 and expand Servers, you might receive the following error:
Unable to complete the operation
This error should not prevent you from opening libraries under Servers. If you close the error message, you can expand servers and libraries from the right pane in the Explorer. However, you might not be able to navigate the Files folder since it is available only in the left pane that cannot be expanded due to this error.
If you need to navigate the Files folder and you encounter this error message, you can use SAS Enterprise Guide instead of SAS Enterprise Guide Explorer and navigate the File folder from there.
