Problem Note 69333: The Load_Historical_Data job in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework fails to populate one or more LASR tables and returns a "NullPointerException"

When you run the Load_Historical_Data job, the SAS Risk Governance Framework might not populate some of the expected LASR tables. The problem occurs when a custom field is deleted or changed, but the history table for the custom-field value does not contain the associated change reason. In this scenario, the SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkMidTier.log contains the following error:
ERROR com.sas.oprisk.monitor.rest.controller.GlobalControllerExceptionHandler - Caught unexpected exception, returning internal server error.
