Problem Note 69266: Some operations can take longer than expected in a SAS® Cost and Profitability Management 8.4_M1 environment that is configured to use PostgreSQL

In a SAS Cost and Profitability Management 8.4_M1 environment that is configured to use PostgreSQL as its database server, operations that write tables to the application database can take several times as long as expected to complete. This issue occurs when the tables are extremely large, such as with fact table generation. You do not encounter this issue if you work with smaller tables.
