The 2.6.1 release of the SAS Life Science Analytics Framework Java API is available for use with SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.x.
Java API 2.6.1 supports the latest versions of SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework, specifically 5.4 and 5.4.1.
The 2.6.1 release contains the updates listed below:

| Audit Download |
The 2.6.1 release of the API contains a fix for returning audit records for file download actions. The following methods now return the correct download audit information:

| 5.4.1 Clinical Flag |
Starting with version 5.4.1, the SAS Life Science Analytics Framework clinical functionality can be deactivated. The Java API methods associated with that functionality are still available but fail with an unpredictable response if used when the clinical functionality is deactivated. |
| 5.4.1 Compatibility |
Minor code changes were made to correct compile errors introduced in the 5.4.1 release of SAS Life Science Analytics Framework. |
