Problem Note 68977: Vocabularies are not listed in SAS® Business Rules Manager when you want to create a new rule set
Using SAS Business Rules Manager, after you create vocabularies in the DCM_Folder location, the vocabularies are not listed in the Open window when you are creating a rule set and have navigated to that folder where the vocabularies were created.
Instead, the folder appears to be empty and you see the following message:
No items are available.

fixed.
When you use SAS Business Rules Manager to create a rule set, and navigate to the folder where the vocabularies were created, no vocabularies are shown to be selected. You also see the message "No items are available."
