Problem Note 68927: WHERE expressions for tables that are opened from libraries surfaced via a JDBC LIBNAME in SAS® Enterprise Guide® might fail with errors

When you use a WHERE expression in SAS Enterprise Guide, you might encounter the following error:
Unable to Apply WHERE Expression:
The following message was returned while attempting to open the data with the WHERE expression:
Error: File xxx.xxx is sequential. This task requires reading observations in a random order, but the engine allows only sequential access.
The data will be re-opened without an active WHERE expression.

For example, you might encounter this issue when you complete steps similar to the following:
- Execute a JDBC LIBNAME statement in a SAS Enterprise Guide program code. The library is correctly assigned.
- Expand the library in the Servers panel.
- Open a data set from the library.
- Select the Where expression icon in the data set and execute a query.
To work around this behavior, use the Explore option to open the table in the JDBC library.
