Problem Note 68904: The SAS® Risk Governance Framework displays question marks for Japanese characters in a Rich Text document
When you copy and paste Japanese characters into a Rich Text document object, the SAS Risk Governance Framework might incorrectly display question marks in place of the Japanese characters. The web application uses an incorrect character encoding.
