Problem Note 68869: The SAS® Risk Governance Framework 7.4 UI shows an incorrect Base date

SAS Risk Governance Framework 7.4 displays a different Base date value than what is populated in the database. The Base date value in the UI is a day earlier than the baseDate value in the database.
For example, the baseDate value is March 31 in the database, but the UI shows the Base date as March 30. There is no workaround to correct the date.
