Problem Note 68835: A security vulnerability occurs with the REG procedure under specific conditions when using an ODS statement

Description: PROC REG stops processing and generates traceback information with a segmentation violation. This issue can occur when an ODS statement is specified.
Potential Impact: The resulting segmentation violation introduces a potential security risk.
