Problem Note 68793: The SAS® Risk Governance Framework validates a currency field incorrectly when you use the Portuguese or Russian locale

The SAS Risk Governance Framework might not recognize a valid value for a currency field or for a numeric field that contains decimal digits. When you specify a valid value for the field, you might see the following error in the web application:
Please specify a valid numeric value.
This problem occurs when you use either the Portuguese locale or the Russian locale.
