When you print a cross table to a PDF file, the cross table in the PDF file might not contain some values. This problem occurs only when the length of some columns does not fit the column’s width.
For example, you encounter this issue when you perform steps similar to the following:
As shown in the image below, some values are missing. For example, between page 2 and page 3, you can see that value_131 through value_150 are missing. At the beginning of page 3, you expect to see value_131, value_132, and so on. However, these values are missing and page 3 starts with value_151.
To work around this problem, do one of the following:
Note: When you select the Fit columns to width option, the long string data item (y) fits the column’s width and every value is displayed on just one row. When this option is selected, the problem cannot be replicated.
