Foreign key integrity constraints are not reactivated in the COPY procedure when a library is assigned to a SAS/SHARE server in the SAS^® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) release. When this issue occurs, you might see a message similar to the following:

The integrity constraints cannot be reactivated because the output SAS data set is locked in PROC COPY.

When the output SAS library is not assigned to a SAS/SHARE server, this problem does not occur.
